new bike keeps cocnking out

Hi All
New here and need some help i have just bought a benille pepe 50cc scooter 2 stroke. its brand new but when im riding it after a few miles it losses power and stops and wont start for a few minutes as if its flooded or starved of fuel then i can ride it for a few miles about 5 and same happens again today when going up hill it just lost power and stopped. I have spoken to the dealer on friday but closed till mon he said try giving plug a clean i did this but wasnt that dirty. He...

Looking to get my first vespa now im 17. Looking at a 2002 px 125 in pompey at the moment. Spoke to someone the other day who said i should get an LML but not too sure. Any ideas or someone i could speak to in Portsmouth?

I just bought my second Piaggio Skipper. I was on my way home with it from the previous owner, and about 30 miles into the journey. The engine suddenly cuts out when I push it to 60mph for the first time. It now coughs and splutters, but won't start. The scooter hadn't been used for about a year, only to charge the battery before they gave it to me.

Any ideas what's happened?

Seems Winter is Closing in on us. I have been busy getting caught up on a few projects that
need to be done before snows come. However I feel like I need to make some time to
Take the Scooter for a long ride for one last time while the temps are @ 60 Degrees F.

It would not be fare to say I haven't has some seat time. Been re caulking the Shower and put new vinyl
Floor covering down....Then reinstall the toilet with a new Seat & lid Assy....

Maybe a clutch problem?

I have a Genesis 125 scooter that has started to move forward on it's own. It's as if it's constantly in gear. When it's shut off, it's very difficult to move either forward or backward. Sometimes, it shuts off when I come to a stop.....

What do you think the problem is?

2006 Daelim Delphino 125 2 stroke

Ok so this is weird, but should be useful for many modern scooters. My fuel gauge is stuck in the Full position and I wondering why. To start it's an electronic gauge that turns on with the scooter.
-When I turn off the scooter the gauge stays in the same place; I assume it should go down. NOTE: THIS assumption is not correct it will stay up.
-It has three wires that feed the gauge. See update below for wire info....

Winter Gloves

I have recently moved depots within Royal mail and gone from a 5 minute commute to almost 20 mins which isn't a problem. However with winter looming the gloves I've been using last year just won't be up to the task of keeping my pinkies warm. So can anyone recommend a good warm, water and wind proof pair of gloves that won't cost me a second mortgage?

Tear making scooter noisier and less muffled. Help.

I could use some advice because I'm not mechanically inclined. I was riding along when my scooter suddenly became much louder, as though the muffler wasn't working. I suspected to find a hole in the pipe to the muffler, but instead found a tear in a rubber part, and I think that is making the noise. Also, upon inspecting the tear, I saw two rubber tubes hanging nearby. There was a bit of old oil around them, but it could be spillage from when I overfilled my oil tank. Does anyone...

Hello there, I recently had a break down with my scooter, it seems that something came loose in the drive shaft, (maybe clutch rollers?) Anyway the motor still works and revs up but there is no foward motion, and a lot of rattling. Anyway I suspect the clutch rollers came loose, is this expensive to fix, could this be something else that may require a whole new transmission or something else costly? Also when the clutch rollers come loose what are the main things that cause it, and does it...

Last year I purchased a bn chinese import Scooter. A GUOBEN GB 125 T-21. All was fine, and then the exhaust went to pieces, and can I get hold of a replacement exhaust anywhere- nope? Can anybody help? Maybe someone had the same problem and found somewhere where either compatible or Guoben branded exhausts and spares could be bought. Very much appreciated.

While searching around for another scoot, I came across this and just couldn't resist. It's a 1982 Californian import (1991) Honda GL500 Interstate with all the goodies. Running lights side lights radio/stereo and even a wash/wipe system! mental eh?
