up hill it just lost power and stopped. I have spoken to the dealer on friday but closed till mon he said try giving plug a clean i did this but wasnt that

			<description><![CDATA[ I just bought my second Piaggio Skipper. I was on my way home with it from the previous owner, and about 30 miles into the journey. The engine suddenly cuts
out when I push it to 60mph for the first time. It now coughs and splutters, but won&#39;t start. The scooter hadn&#39;t been used for about a year, only to
charge the battery before they gave it to me.

  Ok so this is weird, but should be useful for many modern scooters. My fuel gauge is stuck in the Full position and I wondering why. To start it&#39;s an
  electronic gauge that turns on with the scooter.

  -When I turn off the scooter the gauge stays in the same place; I assume it should go down. NOTE: THIS assumption is not correct it will stay up.

			<description><![CDATA[ I could use some advice because I&#39;m not mechanically inclined. I was riding along when my scooter suddenly became much louder, as though the muffler
wasn&#39;t working. I suspected to find a hole in the pipe to the muffler, but instead found a tear in a rubber part, and I think that is making the noise.
Also, upon inspecting the tear, I saw two rubber tubes hanging nearby. There was a bit of old oil around them, but it could be spillage from when I overfilled
