I've got an LX125, I've had it for a year and been lovin it but looking to make that move to faster Vespa. I'm going to get a 300S or a 250 GTS
but have a dilemma about whether to get a new one or go second hand...

Because my dealership owe me a favour they have offered me a deal on a 300S wherethey take my LX125 with 10500km on the clock and I give them £1800. In
exchange for that I get a brand new 300S.

My other option is to try and sell the bike myself...

However, it's been deresticted so will that affect:

A. My insurance?
B. Am I legally allowed to ride it with a full driving licence from 1997 with CBT?

If so, can I re-restrict it easily?

Also, it has one mirror. Is it illegal to ride with only one? If so, are they expensive to replace?

Hi All

Just acquired a 1974 small frame vespa, unsure of exact model, bought as is which is needing to be put together.

It has a px125 engine with it and px forks (I think).

Trouble is we put the forks up through the stem earlier the bottom bearing was nice and snug but when we put the top bearing then nuts on there is like a 5mm
gap, are the px forks not compatible with the small frame or is there a part I can buy that overcomes this?

Any help greatly...
