Re: PX125 running probs (reply) Make sure that the air bellow is fitted correctly...the main thing that causes this problem is extra air in the carb, also make sure that the timing screw(on top of the carb box) is set correctly.. Nick |

Re: PX125e (reply) Strip down the carb, its simple enough, make sure all the jets are clean and clear and also check the filter in the float bowl...Hope that helps....if not let me know..Nick |

Vep t5 exhaust (topic) Word on the grapevine tells me that the JL manifold will work in conjunction with the taffspeed pipe on a t5. Before i invest in one can anybody confirm that this is the case? |

Re: Electrical fault. (reply) trig check the 2 yellow wires from the stator to the regulator. If they short or break you get what you describe. look in the junction box on the fan housing. Mine were squashed together and eventually shorted. The ignition sysytem is completely separate ... |

Spoke to the nice people at Purdys in Southampton, pk forks fit and they did me a great deal on a set! I'm starting to get somewhere, just need to figure out how to get the smallframe front bucket onto the pk ... |

I think you should easily get a two stroke Vespa 125 for under £1000. I am talking about geared models though, I guess the autos are more. Good luck and keep us posted. |
