Earlier today I was greasing my hair and listening to Motorhead when a friend showed up with a schwinn scooter, 150 cc 2007 graduate, it won't go over
52 MPH though which is stupid IMO, my 1973 honda XL 70 would go 54

So, does anybody have the skinny on governor removal/defeating? I'm certainly mechanically inclined, but seeing as the scooter isn't mine I'd like to have a bit of an idea of what I'm getting into before I take it apart and modify it :-)
