Learner Rider Posts: 30 04/12/08 3:14 PM	Tags : vespa, help, electrical, indicators, lights, wiring, px200, faulty Hi Everyone, I've recently picked up a PX200. Really happy with it, apart from one thing. The rear indicators only work intermittantly, when I push the side panel in a bit or when I hold the lens. Once I . I see other posts around the forums about bulbs coming loose, but this doesn't seem to be the problem. Could it be an issue with a short or something caused by a poor connection? I recently removed the side panels to get the colour code from the frame, the problem started once I replaced the panels. I have checked, they are attatched properly. Is this a frequent problem? What can I do? Thanks in advance for the help!

Scooter-forums God Posts: 3860 04/12/08 3:27 PM Moderator	The power is supplied through the metal peg at the back of the side panel ( usually with a rubber sleeve on it) just make sure that is on properly and not all creased up so the peg doesn't go as far as it should to make a contact.I actually took the sleeve off mine and it worked fine so maybe you could try that. Scooter-forums God Posts: 3860 04/12/08 4:43 PM Moderator	Right bear with me as I'm not the most technically minded!!! At the front of the panel is a peg, make sure the brass end of that is clean, the power then travels along a wires that are inside the panel behind the rubber and held in place by plastic clips, and thinking about it the peg at the rear is an earth. Not sure about the spring but make sure it's properly in place. The problem I had with the bulb and I packed some foil round the end of the bulb just to make it fit a little better and not wobble in the holder as much, but wouldn't advise anyone to do it just incase.!!!
