Learner Rider
Just wanted to check in, say "Hi", ansd see what's goin' on around here. I "aquired" a vintage (1969) "Super" (I think)
and I know absolutely nothing about them... hope this is the right place.
Let's see if this works:
1100 original miles, have original California Black Plate, runs and drives excellent. I have a busted up leg so I won't be able to ride it until at least December, probably March of next year. Was told by previous owner that most people like these older ones left unrestored / survivor. I kind of agree... any thoughts?

), so it will be a while until I can go back out and look at
it. I'm torn between selling it, keeping it as it is, or restoring it. If I keep it, it will probably not be until next spring until I can do anything with
it. I figure, the more I learn about it, the better a decision I will make. The man I got it from said that there is somewhat of a cult following on these
older Vespas, and the purists would rather have them left unmolested. So, for the time being, I'm just leaving it alone until I figure it out.
